That's like like a thing of butter, well minus 100gm.
I added that too my "lost" collection over the weekend, was weighed on Monday.
Today (Tuesday) went in and did a circuit (since I was in town for physio), then I did 6 minutes on the rowing machine non-stop. It was fun. I liked it. Very much. Huzzah - I wanted to make it to one kilometre rowed.
I have now reached the point where desires for pies no longer exist, and the idea of having one makes me feel nauseous. Second, I get more of a buzz out of exercise then chips and pies and all those horrid foods that put me in this position in the first place.
Oh well, 400gm in two and a half days is nothing to scoff at, I'm well on my way.
