I havent' been able to post for a few days, it keeps giving me an error message, so hoping this works.
I've made some gains, and by that, I mean, losses, in the area of one point two kilogrammes in two days. Yay, the weigh before that was 400 grammes and Friday of last week was also 400 grammes. All up I'm dropping about 1.7kg on average a week.
Had a series of walks on the weekend - walked to my sister's house, which took just under two hours, and then on the Sunday, I walked to Park Island again, takes an hour and a half to get there, an hour and a half to get back and I spent about an hour and a bit walking around the track and chasing the bunny I saw in the old cememtry. It's good going up there, not a lot of living people.
And because the graves are so old, if the zombies rise, they'll just be skeletons - those are easy to dispatch of.
