Is how much I lost on that horrid cheese filled detox.
Over the last few days (before weigh in) I'd been noticing my pants were looser then usual. Oh crap, I thought, I must of ripped my pants or the safty pin that holds them up is busted... again!
I'm actually really annoyed at these pants - I spent 50$ on them, which is a lot, but I thought they were cool, after one wash several seams had split, the material in parts had frayed - like above my knee, and on top of that they only had size 26 and size 18 left, I don't fit an 18 (yet) and depending on the make, can get into 22 - 24, so got the 26 knowing my sewing skills and a few safety pins could pick up the slack.
Anyway, that panty tangent aside - I lost 5.7kg, I honesty was shocked, I thought I'd drop maybe 200gm.
The lady was like "HOLY MOLY!! That's the most lost in a detox I've ever seen".
"Some women come in here with that as their goal weight".
You mean to say there are women out there who think dropping 5.7kg is a "goal". Seesh, lucky for them, if I was only that much over I wouldn't care too much.
Anyway, to each their own.
Regardless, the weight was lost in a healthy manner - as I was concerned that's too much to drop in one week, but the diet control maidens were happy.
Temptation abounds, though, yesterday I was in the supermarket and went through the bakery section, they had cinnemon doughnuts. The proper ones, not that crap rings of bread soaked in some sugar and cin. which soggies up and then stales. And they were on the cheap.
But I kept on walking!
